Shipping Policy

Continental USA customers only

 We ship to USA based customers only. We do not ship outside of the USA.


- Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, local, state, and federal taxes within the US.
- Buyer is responsible for for any shipping fees, foreign duties, brokerage fees, taxes, transfers, penalties, or 3rd party fees that may occur if they ship their order outside the US.

 

 Shipping time frame:

Green Power Lighting Solutions has a 2-Business Day Standard Lead Time

Orders typically will ship out within 2 business days of placing an order.

This is not a guarantee but our standard. If you need your order shipped out right away we recommend you give us a call and have us check stock for you. Our customer service phone number is 1-855-834-0011

UPS Next Day Air

Our 2 business day lead time applies to all orders including those placed with next day air shipping. If you do place an order next day air we make all attempts to expedite your order and ship it out the same day but this is not always achievable. It is also understood that some products that need to be built at the manufacturer IE. LED fixtures may take 4-6 weeks to complete and ship. Customer service will notify the customer at the time of ordering.

Back Orders

We rarely have back orders. But in the event of a back order we will notify the customer within 1-2 business days via email.

Shipping Charges and Policy:


Shipping charges are the responsibility of the ordering party. Green Power Lighting Solutions offers multiple shipping methods to choose from, all via UPS. These various shipping methods are chosen by the customer at time of order entry, and the shipping charges are clearly displayed for your approval. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on undelivered orders.

We do not offer Saturday or Sunday deliveries. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact customer service. Additional charges will be applied to your order. Green Power Lighting Solutions ships only to U.S. addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

Can I ship on my UPS / FedEx Account Number?

Yes but the order must be placed over the phone. Orders shipped on your account via UPS should ship in our normal 2 business day window. Orders shipped with FedEx may take an additional day to ship out.

 

Damaged Products

All damage claims must be received within 7-days of receiving the product. Any damage claims after 7-days of receipt will not be honored. Please do not refuse the package. Simply give us a call and we will take care of the issue immediately

Non Refundable/Returnable items

The following items are non-returnable. All sales for these items are considered final. If you find one of the items listed below to be defective it will need to be returned and a replacement will be shipped out. If you need help prior to ordering one of these items below please call our customer service number at 1-855-834-0011.

- All special order products (Products not on our website that were special ordered for a customer)
- All products that require wiring (Ballasts, Capacitors, Ignitors, Transformers, Photocells)
- All lighting fixtures (Fixtures are made to order so these are non-refundable and non-returnable items)

Defective Product

Products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer. Not all products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Labor associated with any installation is not covered under product warranties. We will assist with all manufacturer warranty claims for a period of (90) days from the date of the order. Any warranty claims after (90) days must be directed to the manufacturer of the product directly. For orders over (30) days old the customer will be responsible for all warranty claim shipping charges to receive replacements for defective products. This would included return shipping charges if the manufacturer requires the product to be returned for inspection. Not all manufactures require their product to be returned for inspection but some do depending on the claim and item(s).

 

Substitutions of Product

We reserve the right to substitute equal brand of products.

Strategic Shipping Locations

We can ship from many different states depending on what the item is and if we have stock at that location. This flexibility greatly reduces shipping times and costs. Depending on the item(s) we can ship from: CA, WA, IL, MI, NY, NV, OR.
